No action is requested to adopt the CIP, appropriate funding, authorize debt, or approve an individual capital project. The City Manager will present and submit the Proposed Fiscal Years 2027-2031 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program. The proposed CIP identifies capital projects anticipated during the five-year planning period and includes estimated project costs, potential funding sources, recommended schedules, and estimated operating and maintenance costs, as applicable. This submission satisfies the City Charter requirement for presentation of the five-year capital program and begins the public review and consideration process.
