BACKGROUND
Birdair designed and installed the original tensile fabric in 2003.
The canopy fabric has ruptured in several places and requires replacement. An inspection was conducted by Synergy Structural Engineering, Inc., to provide a limited structural observation of the pool canopy and concrete columns. Their recommendation was that the canopy be replaced. Item was placed for consideration and approved through the CIP Budget Workshop on August 10, 2023. The Budget was approved on September 18, 2023. Replacement through the 2023 CO.
