Discussion with possible action to adopt Chapter 3, “Council Meetings, Agendas, and Directives,” of the City of Laredo Council Governance Manual, establishing comprehensive procedures governing City Council meetings, agenda preparation and placement, public participation, meeting decorum, Council directives, and related administrative processes; directing the City Manager and City Attorney to prepare any necessary conforming amendments to the City Code, Council Priority Procedures, and other applicable policies; and any other matters incident thereto.
