Discussion with possible action to amend the City of Laredo Code of Ordinances Section 19-364 Restricted Parking areas to include no parking, standing, and stopping anytime and tow away zone on both the North and South side of 12000 Block of Riverbank Drive between IH-69W frontage road and FM 1472 (Mines Rd); and any other matters incident thereto.
