BACKGROUND
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) contracts with the City of Laredo to guide and support the NFP Program implementation process in a manner that benefits mothers and children. Through the City of Laredo Public Health Department, NFP helps low-income, first-time mothers develop behaviors that enable them to have healthier pregnancies, be better parents, have emotionally and physically healthier children.
