Consideration to authorize the purchase of trucks from:
1). Silsbee Ford, Silsbee, Texas in the total amount of $847,497.63:
a). Seven (7) F150’s Extended Cab Trucks in the total amount of $329,240.94;
b). Four (4) F150’s Crew Cab Trucks (V8) in the total amount of $193,257.68;
c). Three (3) F150’s Crew Cab Trucks (V6) in the total amount of $136,692.51;
d). One (1) Ford 550 Regular Cab Truck w/tool boxes in the total amount of $70,737.25;
e). One (1) Ford 550 Regular Cab Truck w/tool boxes and winch in the total amount of $117,569.25;
2). Lake Country Chevrolet, Jasper, Texas in the total amount of $61,966.63;
a). One (1) Chevrolet Crew Cab Truck in the total amount of $61,966.63;
through the TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Program’s contract pricing. Funding is available in the 2022 Water Revenue Bond.

BACKGROUND
These trucks will be purchased from Silsbee Ford and Lake Country Chevrolet utilizing the TIPS cooperative purchasing program contract pricing. The estimated delivery time is between sixty (60) and ninety (90) days after receipt of order.
