An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the FY2024-2025 City of Laredo Detoxification Center budget by increasing and appropriating revenues and expenditures in the amount of $185,220.00. The Texas Opioid Abatement Fund Council was formed to ensure that money recovered through the statewide opioid settlement agreements is allocated fairly and spent to put an end to the opioid crisis in Texas Opioid Abatement Fund. These funds are available in the Detoxification Center Fund.
