A Resolution Amending Resolution Number 2023-R-215, Authorizing the City Manager to accept the charitable donation of 23.846 acres of land, rather than 23.8147 acres as previously stated, from Riverhills Investments LLC., conveyance by warranty deed of 24.947 acres of parkland for the development of Riverhills Subdivision which is 23.846 acres more than the requirement of 1.101 acres of parkland to serve for recreational parkland purposes in accordance with the land development code; Authorizing the execution of warranty deed; and providing for an effective date. The parcel has an estimated value of $597,130.00.
