Authorizing City Manager to approve, release of retainage and issue final payment in the amount of $30,898.00, and final project acceptance of the Mage 4 Group, Ltd., work for San Isidro Booster Pump Station Site Improvements project. The acceptance is subject to Texas Water Development Board accepting all close-out documents and considering the project complete. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund- 2015B Waterworks Revenue Bond.

PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On October 23, 2023 council approved award of construction contract to Mage 4 Group, Ltd. in the amount of $305,380.00 for San Isidro Booster Pump Station Site Improvements project.
BACKGROUND
The final walk-through has been conducted and the project is complete with all close-out documents attached. The project will be under a one (1) year warranty upon final payment being issued. Texas Water Development Board will be reviewing all close-out documents upon acceptance of project.
