Consideration to authorize the purchase of one (1) unit of heavy equipment for the Solid Waste Department from RDO Equipment Co. from Laredo, Tx. In the amount not to exceed $817,341.19. The heavy equipment unit is a 2026 John Deere 670P Excavator and Bucket. The purchase of this equipment shall be made utilizing the John Deere Sourcewell Contract #011723-JDC. Funding is available in the Solid Waste Fund.
