City Council approved an ordinance amending Chapter 23 to include the Buena Vista Sports Complex as a Parks Division on August 4, 2025.
BACKGROUND
In order to be more effective in revenue collections and attracting sports organizations it is necessary to amend the ordinance to include retail vendor fees and also to amend the definition hours of usage from all day to mean the period of time from 8 am to 10 pm.
