BACKGROUND

On August 01, 2025, the City of Laredo advertised a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a professional environmental & archaeological service. Following the evaluation process, SWCA Environmental Consultants received the highest score among the qualified firms. The selected firm will provide the city with a natural and cultural resources field surveys, reporting, and permit support services for the Northwest River Sewer Collector Project.
