BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo Public Health Department continues to partner with the South Texas Development Council (STDC) to continue to provide eligible participants comprehensive housing rental assistance, and/or utility payment assistance to meet the needs of low-income persons with HIV/AIDS in the Health Services Delivery Area which include the counties of Jim Hogg, Starr, Webb, and Zapata.
