BACKGROUND
Verizon Wireless has an existing lease with the City of Laredo to place antennas on the existing cell tower located at 1500 Water Street. AEP is requesting an easement to place power from the ROW to the existing tower. The lease agreement with the City of Laredo provides Verizon an access utility, and fiber easements on this parcel; however, AEP requires an easement directly with the landowner.
