BACKGROUND
As per the City of Laredo Charter,_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________. The Commission shall consist to twenty-eight (28) members. The Mayor appointed four (4) members and the City Council nominated three (3) members of the Bond Referendum Committee, subject to confirmation by the affirmative vote of at least five Council members or four Council Members and the Mayor.
