Submission of the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Budget as per Article VI, Section 6.02, of the City Charter which states "At least sixty (60) days before the end of the fiscal year. The City Manager shall present to Council a budget for ensuring fiscal year with accompanying budget message".
