Request for Executive Session under Texas Government Code 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to discuss the City Manager's performance evaluation of the City Attorney and authorize a four (4%) annual merit increase to the City Attorney's base salary, effective as of the anniversary date of October 1, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the employment agreement, with an effective date of implementation and any other matter incident thereto.
