BACKGROUND
The City received four (4) bids through Cit-E-Bid for awarding a construction contract for IH-35 Force Main Relocation project for the Utilities Department. Estimated time for completion of this project is 90 Days. This contract shall be the responsibility of and administered between the vendor and the Utilities Department.
