BACKGROUND

One bid was received through Cit-E-Bid for the purchase of and installation of tinted glass, strobe lights, headache rack and tool boxes for the City of Laredo Fleet Department. Upon evaluation of the bid, Royal Contractors could not provide a parts list of the items requested.  Staff is recommending to reject the bid received and that new bids be solicited. The bid specifications will be revised and clarified.
