An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to effectively convey a 15.457 acre tract to the United States Government for the amount of $488,000.00. Parcel being a 15.457 acre tract (673,298 sq. ft.) parcel of land, more or less, being out of a called 933.542 acres, calculated as 930.219 acres, in Porcion 96 Starr County, Texas conveyed to the City of Laredo, Volume 1473, Page 775. Said parcel of land more particularly described by metes and bounds and depicted in attached Exhibit "A" and made part herein.
