BACKGROUND
In October 2020, the Laredo International Airport and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) entered into a memorandum of understanding for the reimbursement of costs related to communications and information technology and services at the Laredo International Airport.
CBP is in the process of replacing and upgrading their equipment and the previous MOA had a not to exceed clause that has been met. This new MOA shall reinstate the agreement we had with CBP and allow for the airport to continue our operations.
