BACKGROUND
Airport is requesting authorization to purchase one (1) Oshkosh Striker 6x6 3000 in order to replace an older aircraft rescue and fire fighting vehicle and remain in compliance with 14 CFR Part 139. The purchase of this vehicle is necessary because the vehicle we currently have has reached the end of it’s useful life. The ARFF Truck will be assigned to Fire Station #15.
