1. Discussion with possible action authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Laredo and the Rio Grande International Study Center (RGISC) for the purposes of installing PM 2.5 air sensors at two Laredo ports-of-entry, Juarez-Lincoln Bridge and World Trade Bridge, as part of a Border 2025 initiative funded by the U.S. EPA/NADBank, and any other matters incident thereto.
