The consultant, Garver USA, and the Utilities Department agree that this single bid exceeds the engineer’s estimate and does not represent a good value for the City of Laredo. Requests for Bids were advertised on October 22 and on October 29, 2023. Bids were received on December 8, 2023 with only one bid received.
