BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo solicited a formal RFQ through Cit-E-Bid. FY25-100 was opened to receive bids on September 29, 2025 and closed on October 20, 2025. A total of 3 electronic bids were received and no in-person bids were submitted. Evaluation committee scored all received bids by October 28, 2025. Evaluation committee interviewed the top 2 companies and final scores were submitted November 17, 2025. Contract FY25-100 shall be awarded to Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc.) to provide expert guidance and support in evaluating and managing the City’s insurance and risk management programs.
