BACKGROUND
On September 17, 2012, the Laredo City Council passed an ordinance establishing Security Fees for the Airport Security Division for the processing security access media (ID), fingerprint processing, vehicle decal, lock & key, and report dissemination. The Airport is recommending to update the established fees in 2012 to the new proposed rates in an effort to continue to offset the operating costs of providing said services.
