A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to ratify and enter into a continuation contract from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHS) for the Texas Home Visiting (THV) Project Grant in the total amount not to exceed $1,700,000.00, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Health Department for a two-year term period from September 01, 2025 through August 31, 2027.
