PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On the 22nd day of July 2024, by Ordinance 2024-O-150 the City Council adopted the 2021 edition of the International Fire Code.
BACKGROUND
The Fire Chief with concurrence from the Building Development Services recommends amendments to the Fire Code as stated above which are applicable to the city.
