Consideration to authorize the purchase contract with Noble Texas Builders LLC, San Antonio, TX, in the amount of $456,156.00 for the Laredo Police Department Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) renovation project. This purchase shall be made through BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Contract No. JOC 728-24. Funding for the project is available through the 2022 Certificate of Obligation Bond.

BACKGROUND
Authorization is requested to enter into a contract with Noble Texas Builders LLC to provide renovation services for the proposed project at the Laredo Police Department RTCC utilizing BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative, Contract No. JOC 728-24. Noble will be required to furnish a satisfactory payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract price.
Project proposal consists of space modifications and infrastructure upgrades required to prepare the RTCC Control Room for the installation of equipment to be furnished and installed by others, including demolition, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and associated building systems necessary to deliver a fully installation-ready environment.
