Consideration to authorize the purchase of one (1) unit of heavy equipment for the Solid Waste Department from RDO Equipment Co. from Laredo, Tx. in the amount not to exceed $1,715,554.85. The heavy equipment unit is a 2026 TANA by Humdinger Equipment H555 landfill compactor. The purchase of this equipment shall be made utilizing the HGAC Buy Contract Pricing Contract Number PW 10-25 Humdinger Equipment / RDO Equipment (Dealer). Funding is available in the Solid Waste Fund and Solid Waste 2023 Certificate of Obligation issue.
