2. Identify Lot 2 as “Remainder.”
3. Provide a plat note stating the purpose of the replat.
4. Remove Plat Note No. 5 as the building setbacks are determined by the BOA order granted on March 8, 2026.
5. Revise Plat Note No. 4 to state the following: “All curb cuts shall comply with the Standard Technical Specification Manual, as may be amended from time to time.”
6. Revise the legal description to reflect the correct property description.
7. Identify all easements.
8. All improvements as per the Subdivision Ordinance.
