Consideration to approve a lease agreement with GARCO, located at 1632 E. Santa Gertrudis Laredo, TX 78041, in an amount not to exceed $25,092.00 per year for a total of $103,680.00, to allow the City of Laredo to operate on building and property situated at 125 East Miller in Falfurrias, TX 78355. Term of the agreement is four-year period from June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2028; with the option to renew one two-year period. Funding is available in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Grant - Public Health Department Fund.

BACKGROUND
The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition, supplemental and Health Promotion Programs of the City of Laredo Public Health Department currently operate and provide services from eight sites located throughout Webb County and provide an array of services including eligibility, certification, nutrition education, counseling, immunizations, food supplement voucher distribution, and numerous other health promotion services.
