SUBJECT
Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by authorizing the issuance of a Planned Unit Development Overlay for apartments for approximately 3.08 acre tract of land, as further described by metes and bounds in Exhibit A, located south of Cerralvo Drive and west of Riverbank Drive.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed planned unit development, and staff supports the application.
