Consideration to execute a renewal lease agreement between the City of Laredo Police Department as lessee, and L.A. Ventures, Inc., as lessor for the property located 6909 Springfield Ave, Suite 200B, Laredo, Texas 78041, in the amount not to exceed $135,000.00 for the term period of April 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027 for the City of Laredo Police Department Auto Theft Task Force operations with the option to extend for an additional year, contingent upon funding availability. Funding is available in the Auto Theft Task Force Fund.

BACKGROUND
The Laredo Police Department leased the office space to house the Auto Theft Task Force due to space constraints at LPD headquarters. Funding is available in the Auto Theft Task Force fund.
