The City of Laredo is seeking to receive statement of qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified firms interested in providing professional services for the complete renovation of Laredo Center for the Arts and adjacent commercial suites including flooring, windows, painting, electrical, HVAC, roofing and necessary commercial improvements for fire and occupancy requirements as well as Historic District Board compliance.
