BACKGROUND

The City of Laredo Utilities Department has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services. The goal is to design a new laboratory capable of handling water and wastewater samples for testing and analysis. This project will ensure compliance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) testing requirements.
