PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On December 2, 2024, City Council authorized the approval of the selection of the top ranked consultant for the RFQ FY23-ENG-18 El Metro Transit Center Renovations and Building Upgrades; and authorization to negotiate a professional services contract. A total of three (3) firms responded to the request for qualifications and presented before the evaluation committee on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. The committee recommends the selection of Sepulveda Associates Architects, Inc., Laredo, Texas. There is no financial impact at this time.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional services to prepare Architectural and Engineering schematic designs, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications and estimates for renovations & building upgrades to El Metro Transit Center located at 1301 Farragut Street.
