BACKGROUND
A-1 Scale has been keeping our scales in compliance with Texas of Agriculture for the past 20 years, we have never had any issues or problems with them.
A-1 Scale Services:
VKR211 upgrade kit for MTX Scale
Full Coverage 10 Year Guarantee includes lightning protection
Mettler Toledo Model: VKR211 upgrade kit, (10) 50t PDX power cells
(10) upper and (10) lower receivers cups, heavy-duty cables
PDX homerun cable, from scale to scale house
POWERCELL PDX Channel IND780
Grading 40' x 20"
Total Scale Equipment $57,829
Jack and block scale up, remove (20) old upper and lower receiver cups, install (20) new upper and lower receiver cups, a welder would be on site to weld bolts to upper receiver cups, to remove receiver cups, run PDX power cells and cables, install new PDX channel cards setup and calibrate 2 scale to IND780.
Total Installation $29,400
Cut both sidewalks on each side of the scale house up to 18"w x 40'L x 15"D, need to cut side rails to remove sidewalks, weld back together when completed, rent a backhoe with a hammer to break sidewalk, clean up sidewalks on both ends, build three (3)
piers for rails.
