Discussion and possible action to solicit Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for an engineer to update the most recent quiet zone diagnostic study for the CPKC Railroad quiet zone (as necessary) and to prepare plans, specifications and estimates and represent the City of Laredo in Federal Rail Administration (FRA) implementation of a quiet zone and any other matters incident thereto.
