PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION

The Transit Mass Board approved a three (3) year contract service with Remix Technologies, LLC, back on October 17, 2022.

 

BACKGROUND

Remix Technologies, LLC ("Remix") is a subsidiary of Via Transportation Inc. based in New York, NY. Remix was established in 2014 to empower cities to manage all aspects of transportation and create equitable, safe, and accessible communities. Remix's software was purpose-built to power public transport planning, design, scheduling, and communication worldwide. In the past seven years, the company has made a platform for the world's public transport planning system and built software products that help agencies move from planning to implementation, including transit scheduling software, infrastructure design, run-cutting, and shared mobility management capabilities.
