Discussion with possible action to appeal the land development code to return to a super majority requirement of 66% of the City Council (6 votes) to overturn the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations regarding zone changes as discussed previously at Council now that the Mayor has a vote per the new City Charter amendments, and any other matters incident thereto.
