An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, Amending the Zoning Ordinance (Map) of the City of Laredo by amending Ordinance 2025-O-234, which authorized a special use permit for a Smoking Establishment (Cigar Lounge ONLY - No On-Premise Alcohol Consumption) on Lot 3B, Block 1, Laredo Arena Subdivision, Unit 4, located at 2411 Jacaman Road, suite 400 (approximately 1,469 square feet), in order to allow the consumption of alcohol based on a newly passed ordinance (Ordinance 2026-O-026).
