BACKGROUND
Ordinance 2021-O-042 authorized St. Patrick’s Church and the City of Laredo to enter into a 5-year lease for a 3,4555 square foot parcel of land out of the Right of Way at Del Mar Blvd. and Fenwick Dr. The lease expired September 30, 2025. St. Patrick’s Church would like to exercise their option to renew the lease under the same terms.
