Title: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas authorizing the City Manager to ratify the submission of a joint grant application through the Webb-County-City of Laredo Regional Mobility Authority (RMA) to the Federal Highway Administration's Safe Streets and Roads for All (FY26 SS4A) Implementation Grant Program, for the purpose of advancing the Vision Zero Webb Laredo Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. RMA is preparing a SS4A Implementation Grant Application for $9,787,056.00. To deliver the $33M Vision Zero Capital Plan, the City will be responsible for a contribution of $546,764.00, providing an investment of 4.5% for the $9.7M application amount for the Roadway Safety Improvements across the City of Laredo. The City contribution, including local match is subject to future funding availability.
