PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On March 18, 2024, City Council authorized the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 4 for the Eastern Chacon Creek Interceptor & Drainage Improvements for AZAR Services, LLC. This change order is required to complete the project deducting and adding work and materials originally specified for the project. This change order in the amount of $30,595.74 will increase the contract amount to $4,129,625.19 and add 330 working days to the original contract for a total of 842 working days. Funding is available in the 2016 Environmental Certificate of Obligation Bond.

On January 17, 2023, City Council authorized the Interim City Manager to approve Change Order No. 3 for the Eastern Chacon Creek Interceptor & Drainage Improvements for AZAR Services, LLC. This change order is required to complete the project deducting and adding material originally specified for the project. This change order in the amount of $82,642.25 will increase the contract amount to $4,099,029.45 and add 65 working days to the original contract for a total of 525 working days. Funds are available in the 2019 Sewer Revenue Bond.
