BACKGROUND

The sole proposal was received through Cit-E-Bid for the for awarding an annual contract for the sale of concession foods, non-alcoholic beverages, and coordinator services for the Benavides Softball Complex.  Staff is recommending to reject the sole proposal under:

17.0 Termination- This RFP may be canceled at any time and any and all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when the agency determines such action to be in the best interest of the City of Laredo.
