BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo began developing the framework in 2020 in collaboration with Raftelis Consultants. Through various sessions, Council and staff have developed a vision statement, mission statement, organizational values and strategic outcomes for the City of Laredo.
While most of the work with this was led with City Council, the mission statement and organizational values were done through a work session with staff, primarily department heads, that included results from a survey shared with all city employees.
