Consideration to authorize the purchase of Cellebrite software and hardware solutions via Carahsoft Technology Corporation in the amount of $1,432,134.80 using DIR contract pricing via contract #DIR-CPO-5687. Cellebrite software and hardware is used for digital investigations conducted by the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Centers located throughout the state of Texas. Funding for the purchase of Cellebrite software and hardware for use in all TAG Centers is included in the FY27 grant award for the Laredo Texas Anti-Gang Center. Funding is available in the Special Police Fund (TAG FY27 Grant).
