BACKGROUND

AEP Texas, Inc., is requesting this Utility Easement and Right-of-Way as part of the relocation project at the City of Laredo World Trade Bridge.  This is required to redirect three (3) new electrical poles for the relocation of the Embarcadero Water System (Fasken Ltd.) irrigation system relocation project.
