An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease agreement between the Laredo International Airport and the City Of Laredo Police Department for approximately 15,000 square feet constituting warehouse and office space situated within a 3.0-acre tract of land located at 5508 Thomas Avenue, Laredo, Webb County, Texas situated on property described as Block No. 1, of the subdivision plat of Laredo Airport according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 5, Page 1, Plat Records of Webb County, Texas. Lease term shall be for a total of five (5) years, with three options to extend this lease, with each option being an additional five (5) years, commencing on February 1, 2026. Initial monthly rent shall be $8,676.23 a month and will be adjusted annually according to changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI); and providing for an effective date.
